Hi

I'm considering brewing a Bishop Finger clone and where wandering if any one has gotten hold of a water report from their region or from their artesian well.

I want to do an as close as possible clone.

Best regards
Sebastian

What is to say that the fine brewers of that beer don't alter their brewing water?
The water you want to clone might not be the same as that used by the brewers.

If they are true to their word they don't alter the water.
They claim to brew this specific beer the old way using an old russian oak mash tun from 1914

Best regards
