A.G. question
How to know how much beer you will end up with ,if you know how much grain you have?
Lets say i have 6Kg Grain bill(4 kg Pilsner malt,1,5 Flaked barley,0.5 roasted barley).
IS there any calculation,or its rough guess that 1kg grain(that can convert starches)=4l of beer
Or i have to adjust water by O.G. For example. If i end up with 15l of wort at 1.56 O.G. and it suppose to be Guinness like beer, then i can dilute it(top it off) with water to get lesser O.G. (or suger content or alcohol level)?
