Im torn as to which way to go on this. do you go soft on this for the wit side or hard for the hoppy side? balanced?

I haven't brewed it yet, but I have a recipe in the works for a white IPA (Chainbreaker clone) and went with Bru'n Water's 'Yellow Bitter' profile, and am letting the RA go pretty low... lower than the spec'd profile at least. I have the calculated values here so far:

Calcium 53.7 ppm
Magnesium 11.1
Sodium 6
Sulfate 102.6
Chloride 47.8
Bicarbonate -82.7 (zero in reality)
RA -113
Hardness 180

SO:Cl ratio 2.1

It's a White IPA, but it's still an IPA. Give the hops what they deserve!

I just brewed a white IPA. It's dryhopping now and I'll bottle it shortly:

Ca: 102

mg: 18

Na: 5

Cl: 41

S04: 138

SO:Cl ratio 3.4

Alkalinity: 78

RA: -5

I wanted the SO:Cl ratio of an IPA with the low RA of a witbier.

Thadass, I've never brewed any beer with an RA lower than -60. Have you brewed a beer with an RA as low as -113 before? If so, how did it taste?
