I have a large starter for a Danish lager and wondered what the difference would be vs the Bohemian lager strain. I am wanting to replicate a Warsteiner style.

Quite minor differences. The danish strain is a very little bit drier, and accentuates the hops a little more. It has a very faint "ester", well it tastes like carlsberg. The strains are closer to each other than most of the other wyeast lager strains. Id use it without reservation.
