Just wanted to share my most recent brewing catastrophe. I made a very nice cream ale, but I could not be happy with that and decided to dry hop that sucker right after I tapped the keg. I had some spare german hallertau.
It is... unbelievably bad. Epically bad. It tastes like sparkling yerba mate or something. I knew I might overpower the subtle malt flavors, but god. I did not think it would be undrinkable!
Anyone else ruined good beer with foolish dry hopping?
