Are you just trying to make a Mexican style light lager- a la corona? Or are you trying to make something darker like Negro Modelo? We need a bet more info to go on here.
 
Midwest has a xx cervesa extract brew that's pretty good I'm sure u could convert it to ag if u want the extract recipe just let me know

There's a recipe in that thread. If that one does not suit you, there are more recipes in other threads. You may also want to give the recipe database here a look through.

The problem with what you are wanting to do is that a commercial light lager is extremely difficult to reproduce at home. It is not just as simple as use x ingredients for y result. I wish you much luck in your endeavor.
