Working on a Storm King Clone for GOT gonna call it the night king. Figured it was appropriate. I scoured the internet and found a podcast form 2013 where the owner gave this recipe. My 5 gal conversion follows.

77% 2 row pils
12% 2 row Vienna
5% roasted barley
5% carafa 3
1% cara aroma

Two step infusion mash:
149f for 45min
161f for 30min

Hops:
Cascade 50% of bill
2/3 @15
1/2 of remaining @5 and 1/2 @ hopback
Centennial 25% of bill
@60, @30, @15
Chinook 25% of Bill
1/3 @5
Remaining @ hopback

Here is my 5 gal conversion based on the above recipe and the untapped profile (abv 9.1, IBU 65)

13.76lb 2 row Pils
2.1lb 2 row Vienna
0.88lb roasted barley
0.88lb carafa 3
0.18 CaraAroma

Hops
Cascade 3oz total
2 @15
.5 @5
.5 @ hopback
Centennial 1.5oz total
0.5 @60
.5 @30
.5 @15
Chinook
.75 @5
.8 @hopback

Yeast TBD.

Let me know what you think? Still need to select a yeast.
Anyone know if there are any chocolate or coffee additions?

Not sure if this is in the right area copied the post over the Ale Recipes.

I had moved it to the Recipes/Ingredients forum. This is where it belongs.
The Recipes Forum/Database is for completed and tested recipes only.

I'll delete your copy from Ale Recipes. Copying threads is not good practice, threads only live in one place at a time. We can always move a thread, if you Report it and ask.

Ok, thanks. I will be testing this very soon.

Just listened to the podcast they say IBU is 85 not 65 like the bottle says. Might have just miss spoke.
