Hi all,

Brand new to the forums and also home brewing beer, I have previously done kombucha (disaster!) and wine (but only from a kit!) so obviously have a lot to learn. Can't wait to start reading the threads and picking up lots of info.

If you are looking for a simple starter recipe that isnt a kit, check out "Joe's Ancient Orange Mead" I cut my teeth on that stuff (and drank quite a bit of it). It isnt beer though.
