Hey guys. Just received my ward labs report back. I’ve read through a lot of threads and watched videos and think I have a decent grasp on things but still wanted to see if you guys could verify.
After inputting it in Bru’n water and entering my pale ale grain bill and water volumes, I got my mash PH down to 5.3 by adding 12.8g of gypsum and 2.1g of calcium chloride. It’s also showing for sparge 10.8g of gypsum, 1.8g calcium chloride and 2.2g of citric. Does this all sound right or did I screw up? Lol.
