I've tried this one as a dry hop addition to get an idea of what it will do and I'm a bit stumped. It seems to be a bit of everything. Maybe not so much on the dank/earthy/funky side but it's spicey/fruity/piney and maybe even a bit musty.

I have a big Imperial IPA coming up with Pils and Vienna as the base malts. I'd like to run off some extra and make a pale ale experiment with mosaic, citra or galaxy. The other two I'm alright with, just this mosaic stuff is odd.

What are you guys experiencing from this stuff in the boil? What does it pair with? I feel like Citra and/or centennial would be good moves. Piney stuff maybe not. Maybe chinook if it were cut with something friendly like centennial.

any are good. I feel amarillo or citra is always good. I think Mosaic is very diverse and effective.
