Does K1-V1116 yeast have enough nutrients that I can make a gallon run w/o adding additional nutrients ? If not, advice on the additional nutrients?
Using K1-V1116 yeast, do I need extra nutrients for 1 gallon batch ?

Absolutely necessary? No, probably not. An appropriate amount of nutrients will help it ferment quickly, fully, cleanly, etc.
There are numerous protocols and types of nutrients. I use Fermaid O and GoFerm with the TANG protocol which is really TOSNA 3.0 with attention given to the YAN contribution of the GoFerm.
