Over the next year I am trying to accumulate parts to build a Keezer. Craigslist near me has a dual pressure Taprite and 2 D couplers for around $70. Are there any problems with buying a used regulator?

No more likely than any other used product.
Name-brand regulators have inexpensive rebuild kits available and it takes about 15 minutes to rebuild one...

Cheers!

Thanks for the quick response any advice on the price?

Brand new Taprite T752HP-02 dual primary regs go for around $85-90 plus S&H.
$70 with a pair of sanke couplers might be a bit high for used, but if they're clean it's not that bad a deal...

Cheers!

Around $50-60 sounds a lot better lol.

$25 for the reg and $15 for the couplers is a good buy....above that toward $70 is not a bad deal, just not a sweet deal.

Even at 70 bucks, buy some lines and a couple cobra taps and a used free fridge and your on your merry way :) for under a hundred.

You got a good eye Auggie, that is a decent deal. Figuring 10-15 each for the D couplings that puts the OP at $50 - $60 for the craigslist combo....
