I recently came across an older upright freezer that has the elements built into the shelves. I'd like to convert it to a fermentation chamber (preferably keeping one of the shelves in tact). The cooling system is one long metal tube, daisy-chaining to each shelf. From what I have read, these tubes are maneuverable, but you CAN'T screw it up or you've ruined it.
