Trying to put together a recipe for a stout and can not find information relating to typical max. ppg for Coffee malt or Carafa malt. Does anyone have any typical values that they use?

According to Promash, carafa is about 30 ppg.
According to the Simpson's web site, coffee malt is a brown malt, which is about 32 ppg according to Promash.
