Hey all! My friend and I love beer. We started our beer brewing journey a couple of years ago and soon after one of us was diagnosed a coeliac. So we've 'pivoted' to gluten free beers and it's a bit of a different ball game. Tips and recipes appreciated! Our first all grain is fermenting as we speak. Battling our way through the hazy IPA of scientific terminology, and happy to share what NOT to do (we are experts at that!)
