Hey all! My friend and I love beer. We started our beer brewing journey a couple of years ago and soon after one of us was diagnosed a coeliac. So we've 'pivoted' to gluten free beers and it's a bit of a different ball game. Tips and recipes appreciated! Our first all grain is fermenting as we speak. Battling our way through the hazy IPA of scientific terminology, and happy to share what NOT to do (we are experts at that!)

I’m sure you have used google as well as I can, but just in case I came across this site the other day: Gluten Free Home Brewing - Malt, Recipes & Supplies

I have not tried GF brewing but have a family friend that is gluten sensitive. I’d like to know what you learn! I've had one or two good GF beers from around here, but certainly seems like it takes a little extra work.
