Quick update on the original 12.5 gallon deal, I've done two AG batches now with BIAB, and really enjoying it. It will definitely take some tweaking and learning as I go, but all in all I think it's a great combo at ~$100 to get going with. Also find it amazing now that when the wort gets foaming that I barely have to worry about it boiling over now.
