I have been fermenting in buckets.
This is my second batch Using the fermzilla I am in my second week, added espresso the other day. The trub is looking like a lava lamp. Not a lot of activity, just a little. I am wondering if the yeast is reacting to oxygen I let in address ng the coffee. Is this just the yeast cleaning up? What’s going on? Does this always happen and I just haven’t seen it?
I was planning on kegging today. I was going to upload a video but it appears that isn’t an option.

Little blobs of yeast rising up? That's probably due to trapped CO2 making its escape from the trub.

Thanks. This recipe is usually good after two weeks. Wondering if it’s ok to keg?
