Triple Cream

My first try at this. One of my favorite cheeses. These went into the cave this morning. I think I drained the curds a little too much before putting them in the molds. I was hoping to make a smoother shape.

I made my own molds. These came from the dollar store. 2.75 inches in diameter.

The cheese look great! 2.75" sounds like a great size mold. I've gotta hit up the dollar store soon. Well done!

Here is the final product. I did get the curds too dry and I don't think the inside will get any softer. It's a little bit crumbly, but it tastes great.

Looks delicious to me! Well done even if drier than you were aiming for!
