Hi,
I will be in London in the beginning of April and I would like to have suggestions for some places to drink a real good English ale. I will stay near Victoria park but very willing to explore other areas.

Many thanks, cheers!

I got the train down last month, the best beer i had was in Euston Tap. It has a mix of british and American. Its very central and has about 20 beers on tap. I'm sure there are more interesting and traditional places though.

Bit controversial but I'd say avoid Kernel brewery at all cost. Its in the american craft beer vein and very variable quality.

I wouldn't miss Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese. Very close to tourist sights you might be around anyway.

If at all possible, get out of London on a train/bus trip to somewhere like Bath for a night.
