top fermenting yeast or infection?

Dry pitched fermentis s-33 and have this rope-like seaweed spreading from the top. Normal?? I've brewed the same batch with the same yeast and didn't see this last time..

Toss it now!!! In one or two more weeks it will crawl out and we will have the Swamp Thing 2. Oh no.

... I have no idea what is going on.
 
From this pic it doesn't look good, but before any action smell it and taste it.
 
Thats not good!!! if beer stil taste and smells good, rack it of to a other fermenter without the spooky green goo and hope for the best. But i think this batch is lost
 
Alright, thanks all! I'm going to pitch it, better to be safe than sorry. Good thing its only 1 gallon... and gluten free.. haha

5 gallons of a stout and Id be a little more depressed about it!
