Had a bit of a brain-fart yesterday ( translation= I was too buzzed from drinking homebrew WHILE I bottled ) and came up short on this quart bottle.
I've been bottling in quarts for over a year and a half and they always turn out great. My usual routine is to go with 12-14 quart bottles, 5-6 bombers, and the rest 12 oz bottles for each 5 gallon batch.
What might come of this bottle over the next few weeks?
I've always been pretty good at looking down at the last few dregs in my bottling bucket and estimating if it's 12, 22, 24 oz's left... yesterday I didn't estimate too well.
I say it'll be way undercarbed after 3-4 weeks, or it'll explode and scare the crap out of my cat sometime in the next month
