Have any of you dry-hopped a beer with your homegrown Zues and sampled the finished product? I've always used mine for bittering but am planning on DHing a batch in a couple weeks for a comp. My problem is that I forgot how intensely pungent they are. I've used the Cascade and Centennial before, but am going to do a blend of Cascade and the Zues this time and am unsure if I want the skunk and onion aroma and flavor in there as well. I know that lots of people use store bought CTZ to finish and dry hop but as you are well aware the hops we grow are, IMO, much more intense in the finished product and would like some feedback from someone who's finished a beer in the past and can comment on if the onion and skunk is present or more of the citrus shows up. TIA!!
