This yeast is going nuts!

Brewed my first big beer today, used yeast recultured from two bottles of Delirium Tremens. I also made a starter for the first time earlier in the week, and stepped it up once to about half a gallon.

WOW this thing is going crazy after only about two hours. I am worrying that my blowoff tube won't be enough to release the CO2!

So, the point is-- that is one strong yeast strain!
