.5lb - Crystal 60
Added to the mash - 1/2 large can Libbys pumpkin puree baked at 350 until carmelized, other half of the can added raw.
Mash @ 155

.25oz - Nugget @ 60
.4oz - Nugget @ 10

Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale

Hoping the sweetness from the Marris Otter and crystal mixed with the biscuit of the Vienna will create a sweet and pie crusty sort of flavor. We'll see.
 
Definitely hope you added spices. Won't be getting a whole lot of flavor from the pumpkin no matter how you add it.. just mouthfeel.
 
if you want the pie crust taste try adding some victory malt. It will add a little bit of that cracker aspect to it that you're looking for. Looks great!
