I have never had an infection in my beer in 12 years. I recently moved a beer inside because I felt it still needed to ferment more. It was stuck a little high.

I opened it to dry hop and there were more bubbles in top. I took a reading and the fg dropped as I thought it would. I added hops in a bag and there is still bubbles and it looks like yeast on top. I moved fermenter to garage to cold crash it.

Any thoughts?

Do you have pics?

It isn't out of the ordinary for there to be bubbles or yeast rafts on top of the fermenting wort. You probably don't need to worry unless the floaters look fuzzy or if there are larger bubbles connected with white strands. Browse through the "post your infection" thread and you'll see lots of examples of what I mean.

Just looks like left-over krausen that hasn't fallen.
