Any of you that have brewed smaller batches of big beers using BIAB, please chime in. Your advice would be appreciated!
After scouring the interwebs for recipes, this is what Ive thrown together. Let me know what ya'll think-
mash @ 155 60 min, mash out at 170 10 min
90 min boil
65% eff.
7lb pale ale
2lb munich dark
1.5lb flaked oats
1lb chocolate
1lb roasted barley
1lb crystal 50
.25lb crystal 120
1oz columbus @ 80 min
.5oz columbus @ 30 min
.5oz warrior @30 min
.5oz columbus @10 min
1/2 whirlfloc tablet @ 5 min
