Did a quick search and nothing came up. I usually ferment in my finished basement which i'm pretty sure has a temp range of mid 60's to mid 70's depending on the season. However, i'd like to get a better feel for exact temps over say a 12 or 24 hour period and specifically, highs and lows in order to better understand my fermentation temps. Anyone have a rec on a decent thermometer that will give me this. I bought one from ? that gave me highs and lows but only when it was on and it automatically shuts off after an hour or so. Thanks.
