Played chaperone for my son's 6th grade camp trip. Summer camp tacos were served.

Thought of this thread yesterday. Popped into a little road side taco stand here in Panama for a quick bite, much to my surprise the tacos were awesome...next time, pics.

Avos, finely diced jalepenos, cubed roma tomatoes, finely chopped cilantro, diced red onion, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Boom! Simple, authentic, and delicious guac

I have gathered that tacos are the official cuisine of HBT. So versatile, so delicious, so easy. Man, I may just skip work early and transform myself into a bipedal taco vessel.
Tacos
Same. Was hungry.
Ground beef and red beans and rice with sausage and some grilled onions and peppers on a flour tortilla. I call it Mexijun taco.
We do fish tacos with grilled jalapeño pretty much every Friday. I'll have to take a picture this Friday.
I thought they closed that section of the site?
