Thanks to the miracle of Dicyclomine... I am going to be brewing again!!! Whohoo!

I have not brewed since 2020.
My wife was diagnosed as gluten intolerant... tried gluten free brewing...meh.. so i just gave it up.
Long story-short, my wife continued to have some problems, gluten free diet definitely helped her, but still problems.
Different doctor, who gave her Dicyclomine that is for IBS.
Holy Cow. What a blessed medicine! That was 3 weeks ago, her system is now used to it and she has had no problems whatsoever ever since taking it - wait for it - including gluten!! It doesn't bother her anymore!!

OMG!! - I will be brewing again!!!!!
I pretended I didn't miss it, but I did. A lot.
This is going to be awesome.

I'd still use the advice in this video and you'll be gluten free with normal grain and have better beer.
