As I have recently returned to home brewing I am keenly interested in attaining a small used fridge for lagering and fermenting.
I have been able to find many threads on HBT that refer to an STC1000+ controller build and such which will allow me to have better temperature control over the fermenting environment (i.e. the bar fridge) but I have had difficulty locating any information on hooking up the temperature probe to the controller and how/where to place it within the fridge itself.
Maybe I’m missing something but if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated since any threads with photos that link outside of HBT seem to contain dead links and it always helps to have images for the sake of the ease of understanding.
Any input on this is greatly appreciated.
