Temperature Controller advice

Hi all, I just bought a freezer and will be converting it into a 4 keg, 3 tap keezer, to replace my kegerator. I just want to plug the freezer into it, feed the temp sensor thru the wooden collar, and done. What’s the best temp controller out there that would work for me?

I just got home from a long week to find my ITC arrived today. I can't speak to it's accuracy yet, I am going to compare it to a thermometer tonight.
