Tasted my first batch today! It's beer, almost.

I was brewing up a batch of Amber Ale today and since I had a bucket of Starsan mixed up I decided to take a gravity reading of the Hefe I have going in the other fermenting vessel. I then of course had to drink said sample. :rockin: It was beer!!! Tasted good, had a good mouth feel and aroma. It still needs about a week as it is still fermenting and needs to drop a little more to get to the target FG. I am so pumped.

Right there with ya. I may be bottling mine this weekend and letting it sit for a couple weeks. I can't wait. The small samples during the hydrometer tests aren't enough!
