G'day everybody,

Thanks for having me.

I'm new to this brewing caper and although I seem to be coping well so far, I've not yet bottled my first batch (or is it b'atch in 'Yankee'? Maybe only ebonics... :fro: ).

I've got some questions and a recipe to offer but they can wait until I find the proper thread.

I like the ''your no longer a noob when...'' thread, especially 31. It seems to be one of the best introductions to brewing I've read. here for those who missed it

Welcome! I lived in Brissy for 6 months and spent lots of time in Sydney, I love that place.

The support here is great.

Although many people have great opinions of Sydney, I've only been here about two months. From what I've seen, the culture of Sydney is vastly different from the rest of Australia and thus my transition to living here is significantly different to my expectations.

One universal thing, however, is the thirst for beer. :rockin:

So, it's going to be awesome when I get some stories to share and read the ones already shared.
