Really enjoy this beer, because it has a lot of complexity going on for a Rye beer. I think the Mt. Hood is a nice addition and am trying to come up with a clone. Can anyone provide feedback on the notes below?

From the SW Web Site: A flame throwin’ Rye IPA ignited by a 25% shot of rye malt and capped by a booty hoppin’ blast of Mt Hood and Centennial hops that makes this IPA bounce!
Grains: 2 Row, Rye Malt, CaraRye, Rye Flakes, Munich
Hops: Columbus, Mt Hood, Centennial
Dry Hop: Centennial, Mt Hood
ABV: 6.2%
IBUs: 45

My take on the notes above:
OG 1.060
FG 1.012
IBU 45
Mash Temp: 152
60 Minute Boil
Wyeast 1056 American Ale Yeast

Grist
62% American 2 Row (I use Rahr)
13% Munich Malt
10% Flaked Rye
7.5% Rye Malt
7.5% Cara Rye

Hops
19 IBU CTZ 60 Min
16 IBU Mt Hood 15 Min
10 IBU Centennial 5 Min
1 oz each of Mt Hood and Centennial Dry Hop

My thought with the Mt Hood at 15 is mainly a guess after drinking the beer. I don't get that centennial flavor until the end, which I would have expected to be more prominent if it was added at 15. I am no expert taster, so this is only a guess. Anyone who has tasted the beer and can provide any criticism to my though process, please chime in.
