1 oz of Culinary Rose Petals at 0 mins and let steep for 10 mins. Cool wort and transfer to primary I purchased mine from this place http://www.dragunara.com/cart/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1&page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=801&category_id=7&vmcchk=1&Itemid=2
1 pkg of US-05 yeast
Didn't really know what I was going after when making this. But, it's well liked by those that have had it. I've done both standard carb on CO2 and now have a nitro setup: force carb with stout tap is pretty dang awesome.
