Summer is almost over. I'm looking for something to brew for the upcoming fall season. I'm looking for something that would be good to drink around a fire or just hanging on the porch on a nice cool evening. If anyone has any recipes that they have brewed and enjoyed I would like to hear them. I'm a beginning brewer with an all grain set up. Any recipes you share don't have to be all grain but it is preferred. I think I would like to try playing with some spices in my beer this time. Thanks for sharing!

I love a good high gravity belgian in the winter. A belgian tripel or double would be nice. lookup something called winter warmer in the recipes section as well.
