you might want to try a basic American pale ale with Centennial as your bittering and simcoe as your aroma.

grain bill
6 lbs 2 row
3 lbs Vienna
2 lbs flaked corn

.5 ounce Cent for 60 min
.5 simcoe at 10 min
.5 simcoe at flame out.

WL-005

just my suggestion.

ps GO SUN DEVILS!!!!!!!!!!

I've never used flaked corn. What are the benefits of this as appose to flaked oats or rolled.

I've always liked this super simple Arrogant Bastard-ish style recipe for showcasing chinook.

14.5 lbs 2 row
1 lb special b

.85oz of chinook at 60, 45, 15 and FO

ferment with 1098

I think I got this idea from Jamil on some podcast quite a few years back. Can't remember the exact source.

Flaked corn is almost the opposite of oats or wheat. Flaked corn produces a lighter color and a dryer mouth feel.

I ended up making a pumpkin pie ale with southern Cross and hallataue
