So I have quite a bit of beer built 2 cases ready to drink, 2 cases carbing, and 2 cases finishing up their dry hopping bottling on Friday.
So I'm not looking for a quick turn around beer, but to keep the pipeline going I'm looking for beer that can use a few month chilling in a carboy for a secondary.
Like a Belgian Strong Ale or Strong Dark. I have a Smack Pack of 3711 left over from last brew session anybody have experience with this yeast in this style? Also I'll have a cake of it left over from my saison I can pitch on but it has sorachi hops in it. Would it be worth it to pitch on this cake or just to start a fresh starter?
