Suggestions for a quick maturing, sessionable beer

Hey everyone -

Looking for a suggestion on a beer I could turn around and have reach a decent maturity in about 5 weeks, and one that is fairly light as the people I wanna make it for arent much into dark beers. I bottle condition and do not have a lagering setup,

Any tips and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Centennial Blonde

Light and very tasty at 5 weeks. Crash it hard for clarity and give it 2 weeks in bottle/keg to clean up and you are golden.

A wit or wheat would work well too - and clarity really isn't an issue for those.

+1 to the heffeweizen. They are quick turn around beers and most people enjoy them.

+1 to a Hefeweizen, 2 weeks primary, 1 week bottle, 1 week fridge and then drinking! I've had some ready in 3 weeks as well
