Greetings y'all,

I'm hoping you can steer me in the right direction to get a nice and strong holiday brew going in time for this coming Christmas. I've been looking at Barley wine recipes but most recommend at least 6 months conditioning and this point I have rough 5 to work with. Is there anything I can fit into that time-frame? Am I out of luck this year?

- I only have room temp. to work with so nothing that dips below 65-70 degrees.
- I am not set up for all grain so extract only at this point

Thanks!
SP
