So I made a strawberry wine for my wife (first wine I have made being a beer brewer) and the current Gravity is at .98 but is tart. Keep in mind I don't like wine so I don't know if this is something that I should expect. I followed a recipe I found online and if needed I can look it up. If this isn't Normal is there anything I can do to fix the situation? Thanks in advance
