Well their website has a contact section so try asking them first. You might be suprised just how telling breweries are. A brewery that small, not only in size but regional distribution, is not going to have a lot of knowledge on here.
If you live in their distribution area just go and buy their beer. That way you get exactly what you want and you help a small business.

Will any brewer just give there recipe away? Probably not, I think, but you're right in that it doesn't hurt to ask. Buying their beer will help them out and get you some good beer to drink but won't be of much help with the recipe. Just sayin'...
