Storage after Carbonating a Keg

Quick question. I have a beer that I have kegged and carbonated but I am not ready for it to go on tap. Can I take this out of my keezer and store at 70 or so until Im ready to drink it? If I can do this without any ill affects this would be ideal. Thanks for any thoughts. :tank:
 
Shouldn't be an issue so long as you don't exceed that temp. But, as others stated above, cooler would be better.
