Storage after Carbonating a Keg

Quick question. I have a beer that I have kegged and carbonated but I am not ready for it to go on tap. Can I take this out of my keezer and store at 70 or so until Im ready to drink it? If I can do this without any ill affects this would be ideal. Thanks for any thoughts.

It will be less than ideal to keep it at that temp.
Cooler is better.

No worries, wouldn't do this more then once though. It's sealed from light and air....my.02

Shouldn't be an issue so long as you don't exceed that temp. But, as others stated above, cooler would be better.
