Hello All,
I'm starting to look into building a steel brewstand that will eventually house 3 55 gallon pots/hlt/mlt. For now, I have a 20 Gallon boilermaker, a converted keg for MLT and a cooler for HLT. My question is, how should I go about insulating the HLT from the heat produced by the MLT/Boil pot?
In order to get 3 55 Gallon pots on it, the stand will end up being 76" long, with 10" between the burner edges. I'm thinking that should be plenty of space, but would like to hear feedback before I melt my HLT.
Thanks,
Mark
