I started my starter about 24 hours ago thinking it would be ready for this afternoon. oops. So now that i am half way through my mash i looked over at my flask and the yeast are not settling out. With the LHBS closed on sunday what should I do?
Right now all i can think to do is dump the whole started in the the fermenter and just hope for the best. Anyone else have a thought?
