Stainless element with brass base for rust resolution?

British Standard Pipe Thread. Same size, different thread pitch and maybe different threads per inch. May screw in as well as NPS to NPT with ehough teflon tape
 
So, all I need is a BSP nut like this one, and all the issues with rust go away? Hmm...

Or the stainless steel nut we all use might work as well. The thread size and thread pitch are the same, the taper is 55 degrees instead of 60 degrees and as short as the threads are on a heating element I doubt that it matters because we don't use thread interference for sealing, we use a gasket.
 
Encapsulated mine in high temp silicon and drain the tank asap. No problems yet, but it's a new build
