It's the night before my brew and I just found out I have super soft water. Can I use spring water to ensure better conversion for my mash? I have no chemicals and brewing salts to adjust it before tomorrow.
As I said in the other thread... absolutely. I recommend Crystal Geyser if you can find the 1 gallon bottles. They are $1.00 at Albertsons. Otherwise, use Spring/Mineral/Distilled drinking water.
