Hello All,
I’ve researched and researched and can’t find this exact look. Is this beer spoiled?

Kinda looks like yeast fermenting and is normal.

You have to give a lot more info. What did you brew, what kind of beer was it, what yeast was used, how long ago did you brew it before taking the picture... info like that.

If it's 2-3 days later you're fine. If it's a month later, throw it away.

This is one that got left in the carboy quite awhile. Busy weekends left it in there awhile. 4 months sadly admitting.

Thank you for the help. It smelled funny so I tossed it. I need to keep up better with my hobby. 😎

That doesn't look like saccharomyces krausen. Especially sitting on top at 4 months.
Looks like a pellicle, a "woven fabric" floating on top of the beer.
That means an infection took over at some point.

The beer itself looks very clear. I would have tasted some first.
But yeah, if the smell is off-putting, it wouldn't have been very enjoyable.
