Had 10 pounds left over from a honey porter. Made from a simple French bread recipe on Brew Your Own. Tasty stuff, especially with a homebrewed Witbier!
2 packages active dry yeast
2.5 cups water
5.5 cups flour (organic or all-purpose)
.5 cup spent grains
1 tbsp. salt
1 egg white whisked into 1/2 cup cold water for glaze
