Had 10 pounds left over from a honey porter. Made from a simple French bread recipe on Brew Your Own. Tasty stuff, especially with a homebrewed Witbier!

•2 packages active dry yeast
•2.5 cups water
•5.5 cups flour (organic or all-purpose)
•.5 cup spent grains
•1 tbsp. salt
•1 egg white whisked into 1/2 cup cold water for glaze
